Nose:
Even though from a
bourbon cask you get some of the old traditional HP style on the nose here. Then
something flowery, brinyness/coastel hints, like in a
Pulteney
Taste:
Malty, sweetness (vanillas), some bitter oak,
some ale notes, flowers again, vagely salted
A different
HP...
